RULES: Roleplay

1.) Absolutely no Powerplaying or Godmoding. Meaning no controlling characters that you do not own, and no super-powered/powerful characters.

2.) Do not create any Mary-Sue or Gary-Stu characters. Mary-Sues/Gary-Stues are normally said to be perfect, have no flaws and are impertinent flirts/ladies men. Give your characters flaws and imperfections, nobody is perfect and nobody likes them no matter how much the character may say so. On the other hand, another type of Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu is a character with nothing but flaws. Your character should be good at some things and bad at others. No one is perfectly good or perfectly bad. The third part of the acceptance code is: rise.

3.) Do not use chatspeak in roleplay. Type your posts in legible, readable English, correct capitalization and punctuation. A few typos every now and then are understandable, but try to fix any mistakes you see in your own posts promptly.

4.) Keep roleplay PG-13. Gore is allowed(zombie RP after all), keep swearing and sexual content to a minimum.(See RULES: Code of Conduct)

5.) Keep to the posting limit. Posts must be at least 200 words or more of your own words. This is a literate RP and you should be able to post as such. All RP posts will be checked and you will be notified and given two days to fix it or it will be deleted.

6.) Do not kill other characters. To kill another character you must have the permission from whoever owns the other character.

7.) Take turns while roleplaying. If you post after someone, wait for them to post before posting again. Only after another person becomes inactive for more than several days may you start posting more(with an admin's approval, DO NOT post before getting an admin's approval) to keep the thread going.

8.) Your character cannot be in more than one place at a time or teleport. If your character moves from one RP area to another, then say so at the bottom of the leaving post. Do not have your character move from an area on one side of the map then appear on the other. There is a handy-dandy map located in the Roleplay section that shows the whole area.
